I got presented with the challenge to paint a 10' x 5' wall sign earlier this year. The wall was a very hard surface to paint on so I relied on my fitches to get the job done. The job consisted of: 1. concept and design a modern yet classic sign with a limited color palette. 2. Print and perforate patterns for design transfer onto the wall. 3. Register and pounce design onto the surface. 4. Paint and refine design. All these steps were key to deliver a clean and correct sign that works and delivers the message.
